Pilates is a form of low impact exercise which improves muscle strength, tone and core stability, as well as improving posture, flexibility and balance.
1st and 3rd Monday of each month 1.30 pm start, meet at the bandstand for a gentle walk around the park.
Women's fitness class for mixed abilities.
Come along and get fit with my fun and exciting exercises to music that build your cardio, strength, body tone and balance.
Join us at Lightwoods House to knit for various charities with our Craft Group, last Thursday of the month. 1.30 - 3.30 pm.
Free to join.
We are running two sessions a week, one on Tuesday morning at and the other on Friday, both at 11 AM.
