Enlivening Yoga Flow

Join us for a Hatha Yoga class for every level on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Begin your day with an enlivening Hatha Yoga class suitable for beginners and beyond. You will be guided through different postures and variations to meet your individual needs.

Relaxing Hatha Yoga

De-stress your Wednesday evenings with a Hatha Yoga class from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Complete your day with a relaxing Hatha Yoga class to help you stretch and unwind. You are focussing on breath work, sequences and a long relaxation to recharge you midweek.

Please bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing and a bottle of water. Discount block payments and drop-in prices are available, places will be limited.  

Wednesday 9:00 AM-10:00 AM online class is also available.
